We have survived the brutal Boston winter! Allen is counting the buds on trees, and Kelsey is remarking on all the birds flying around the trees in our backyard. I’m noting with amusement the busy little squirrel who keeps sneaking up into the rafters of our rental house. I’m imagining the little nest of fuzzy squirrel babies probably tucked warmly inside. I hope my landlady doesn’t notice!
And it’s April, so therefore it is now officially puddle splashing time! Time for rain boots and mud! And, afterwards, COLD underpants, followed by warm soapy baths.
